In the "Preferences" Window,

  1. Click on the "WWW" tab on the left.

  2. Make sure the "Use conpressed images (Pages load faster when on)" check box is UN-CHECKED.

  3. Set your "Maximum Size" Cache drop down menu to "100 MegaBytes".

  4. Press the "Empty Cache Now" Button.

  5. Press "OK".
